All jewelry is physical and ships to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, and Ebony Ever After Greetings is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
All sales are final, unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery with clear photo documentation.
Laminated gold and silver jewelry lasts longest with proper care. Avoid water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals, and store pieces in a dry place. Normal wear over time is not considered a defect.
